More than ten years running outsourced finance, assurance support and tax work for Australian and Singapore clients, and business set-up, supply chain and investment facilitation across Nepal, India, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, the UK and the Middle East.

Director — Deals & Investment Advisory

Experienced in transactions and valuation, investment and asset management advisory, FDI, cross-border and international tax, and claims and dispute support.

A practising chartered accountant (ICAI and ICAN) with an MBA from Coventry University, UK, and close to two decades in practice. He advises on asset and portfolio management — structuring holdings, allocating between real assets and securities, and monitoring performance against the mandate. Central Council Member of the Federation of Nepalese Industries & Commerce, a member of the Macroeconomic Committee at the Ministry of Finance, and a member of ICAN’s Fiscal and Tax Committee.
