Privacy notice
What we collect through this website and how we use it.
This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Who we are
Deepdev Business Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (“DDB Advisors”, “we”), 6th Floor, 428 New Baneshwor, Kathmandu-31, Nepal. Email: ddbadvisors.info@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form or the chat’s “talk to a person” form, we receive your name, email address, any phone number, organisation and country you give, the topic and your message. A copy is kept on our web server so no enquiry is lost if email fails.
- Outsourcing briefs. Answers you enter in the brief builder stay in your browser unless you choose to send, email or copy them.
- Chat with DDB Assist. In its built-in mode the assistant runs entirely in your browser and your questions are not sent to us. If live AI is switched on, your recent messages are sent to our server and to our AI provider to generate a reply; we do not use them for marketing.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested). To prevent abuse we keep short-lived, anonymised counters derived from IP addresses.
- Browser storage. We store your chat history and draft brief in your browser’s session storage so they survive page changes; they are cleared when you close the tab. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare any proposal you ask for.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet our legal and professional obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and our email — our web hosting provider, our email provider and, where live AI is enabled, our AI provider — and where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the period our professional and legal obligations require. Anonymised abuse-prevention counters expire within two days.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ddbadvisors.info@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with Nepal’s Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) and, where they apply to you, the data protection laws of your country.
Please don’t send sensitive data
Do not include passwords, bank or card details, identity document numbers or health information in the forms or chat. If we need documents for an engagement, we will agree a secure way to exchange them.
